Yes, it is possible to bend the American Axle 11.5. While most are typically only concerned with the 9.25, because of its immediate tendency to bending when subjected to the slightest abuse, the 11.5 can still be destroyed with only slightly more abuse. But that's not the ONLY reason to mount up this truss.
This heavy duty truss system is designed to take serious abuse and reinforce your entire axle while also providing a flat surface to mount your upper links. The 3/8" thick truss top and 1/4" thick gussets incorporates a unique design to strengthen both the axle and the link mounting surface. This truss allows for a selection of pinion angles from 7 to 20 degrees. Any more or less and some trimming may be required. This truss fits AAM 11.5 axles with a 3.5" axle tubes and centered differential. Overall length on this truss is about 53 inches.
