ATS Heavy Duty AS68RC Replacement Torque Converter 13-22 Ram 6.7L Cummins with Aisin Transmission

Replace and upgrade your torque converter in your Aisin equipped 2013+ Ram Cummins 2500/3500. The ATS torque converter has furnaced brazed fins on the impeller and turbine to insure there is no deflection between the two parts, this ensures years of life under extreme conditions. The converter clutch is made from high temperature friction material that is designed to allow and handle some slip without damaging the clutches. ATS designed the converter clutch in this manner so the converter clutch will absorb some of the massive engine torque and NOT transfer the engines excessive torque into the transmissions weak input shaft. The stall torque ratio is also kept at the factory rating to ensure no additional torque is transferred to the stock fragile input shaft of the transmission. All thrust bearings and bushings are upgraded for maximum reliability.
