In most cases, the original connector tube can be essentially seated into the original injector, which leaves an impression at the tip of the tube. At this impression, leaks can develop because it may not seat into the new injector as the tube did with the original.
- This injector are ONLY intended for use in Cab and Chassis trucks, as their injectors are slightly different than those used in a traditional pickup. For those uncertain, a cab and chassis is a vehicle that came from the factory without a traditional pickup bed, as its intended to be upfitted with a flatbed, service body, etc.
