The MLX line of gaskets are great for stock or performance builds and uses multiple layers of corrosion resistant stainless steel for increased strength. The outer layers of the gasket are embossed and coated with a flouroelastomer rubber based material that is heat resistant to 482 degrees. This material is designed to meet the demands of harsh sealing environments, load conditions and surface finishes. The center layer or shim layer is a stainless steel layer that is folded back upon itself to create the locking portion of the bore seal. Cometic Head Gaskets are designed for a strong seal you can trust in your diesel engine. Sold individually.
Revision Option:
You have the option to choose revision A which matches the original design of the gaskets or revision B which is an updated version of the head gasket that was introduced to take care of problems found in the original design. Revision B is not available in all thicknesses.
