After installing an aftermarket performance turbo in your 12 Valve Cummins, you run the risk of stretching the factory head bolts and eventually blowing the head gasket. The Gator Fasteners Heavy Duty Head Studs will eliminate the risk of blown head gaskets and strengthen the top end of your engine. These head studs are designed for stock to moderately built engines and feature tensile strength over 220,000psi. Each stud has rolled threads and are constructed from 8740 steel with an added proprietary element for the ultimate in durability and strength. Nothing bites like a Gator!
INSTALLATION NOTE: You will need to either have your rocker arm pedestals machined/milled or purchase a set of the Modified Rocker Arm Pedestals for installation.
