RevMax has taken their years of experience, cutting edge CNC machining, and in-house dyno testing to bring you a billet valve body that delivers industry-leading precision, durability, and performance, now fully compatible with stock and aftermarket transmission pans. RevMax doesn't hand-machine or guess-fit your valve body. Every single unit is CNC-machined using Haas equipment to maintain microscopic tolerances down to 0.0005". This level of precision eliminates valve sticking, sideloading, and premature wear, common issues when valve bodies are reamed by hand. Each valve body is built to a strict protocol, replacing all known wear-prone components regardless of condition, and then fully leak- and dyno-tested before leaving the shop.

What makes the V2.0 Billet Valve Body truly revolutionary is its redesigned billet channel plate. Constructed from 6061 billet aluminum, it features deep worm tracks (even in critical circuits like the torque converter clutch and SSV vent), a flawless micro-polished finish, and 0.0003" flatness across the plate, ensuring zero leaks, superior rigidity, and ultra consistent hydraulic function. Unlike earlier billet designs, V2.0 has precision cutouts allowing full compatibility with stock filters and pans, plus any aftermarket option on the market. This valve body is also built to handle serious pressure. Run up to 325psi of line pressure or 250psi with no pump changes (be sure to run these valve bodies with a pressure box, tuning or TCM mods), perfect for high-load towing, hot shot rigs, or performance builds. Plus, it comes equipped with all the right hardware: billet SSV solenoid valves, upgraded accumulator pistons and springs, triple-thick accumulator plate, Grade 8 fasteners, RevMax's bonded separator plate, and all proprietary hydraulic upgrades that enhance 3–4 shift feel and clutch holding under heavy load.
