Sinister Diesel Charge Pipe & Intake Elbow Kit 99.5-03 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke

Upgrade the performance of your 7.3L Powerstroke by replacing the restrictive intercooler piping and intake elbow with this kit from Sinister Diesel. This upgraded 3" cold/hot side charge pipe is larger in diameter than the stock pipe, and it has smooth mandrel bends to increase airflow velocity for improved power and lower EGTs. The 7.3L Powerstroke charge pipe kit is also more durable than the OEM pipe being made from 6061 Aluminum alloy and connected with Sinister Diesel's 4-ply silicone boots that are rated up to 400 psi. The intercooler pipes are masterfully TIG welded and finished in polished powder-coated Sinister Blue for extra protection and a clean and stylish appearance. Twelve stainless steel spring boot clamps are also included with this kit to provide a long-lasting, reliable seal.

The Sinister Diesel Intake Elbow kit features an increased diameter and large radius bend prevents restriction within the intake for a noticeable increase in performance and turbo spool. The stronger aluminum tubing and CNC machined base plate is designed to hold higher boost levels. Finished with Sinister Blue powder coat, the Sinister Diesel 7.3L Power Stroke Intake Elbow provides an upgrade over the stock intake system.
