South Bend Clutch's Performance full Ceramic replacement clutch is a great upgrade for modified Duramax's below 450 RWHP that enjoy a slightly more aggressive clutch at take off. The ceramic buttons yield the ability to grab and hold the power you are putting through the transmission. This clutch has great holding capacity for highly modified trucks, the only way you will get more holding power is to go to a dual disc clutch setup. Ceramic is a very hard material so typically flywheel wear is more noticeable using a ceramic clutch than with other materials.
