Rotomaster Turbo Upgrade Kit 04-07 6.0L Ford Powerstroke

Repair worn components and upgrade your turbo with this simple kit for your 6.0L!

Internally of the factory 6.0L turbo lies a series of vanes that move back and forth to alter airflow to better improve overall performance of the turbo. Very frequently, these vanes become stuck in a single position drastically affecting the performance of the turbo.

Rotomaster has built this kit that upgrades your vanes to higher flowing billet vanes that will slide on a new stainless steel unison ring. To complement the new upgrades, the kit also includes a new solenoid to ensure the signal is being sent properly from the ECM. To top it off, this upgrade has shown a net increase of 12 horsepower due to their enhanced flow!

While you are replacing these components in the turbo, we also recommend installing a rebuild kit to replace all of the seals and bearings.
